The Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released detailed plans to free up more wireless spectrum that wireless carriers need to offer high speed mobile services. In an global environment where consumer mobile data use will be rapidly growing over the next few years, the FCC is on track to make 300 MHz of new spectrum available by 2015.
